Cumberlege Review Debate

In my role as Shadow Minister for Primary Care & Patient Safety I want to focus on the inequalities affecting Women’s Health, and I was therefore pleased to be able to respond to an important debate on the implementation of the Cumberlege review.

The debate, which was well attended by members from across the House, saw many powerful arguments made, yet once again with my opposite number, we failed to hear any commitments from the government.

Women like my constituents, Chris and Emma, don’t deserve empty platitudes and promises, they deserve action and justice.
