Feryal Clark MP hosts Enfield North’s first ever virtual jobs fair to help young people find their dream job

Feryal Clark, MP for Enfield North, is inviting young people across Enfield North to attend her virtual careers fair, which she will be hosting in collaboration with Loving Social Media, on Friday 9 April 2021 between 10am and 3.30pm.

This online Careers Fair will be hosted via Zoom to ensure as many people can attend as possible. Attendees can hear from local and national employers and also expect to hear a speech from Feryal Clark MP, alongside digital marketing expert Garry Kousoulou from Loving Social Media.

The event is an opportunity for school leavers, students, and local people across Enfield North to engage in discussions about their future career prospects. It will allow them to ask questions of prospective employers and access helpful information and resources. Not only that, but a Curriculum Vitae and cover letter workshop will also be available to all who attend.

Hundreds of pupils from schools, youth groups and colleges have registered for this online event. There will be lots of support available, and Feryal encourages all young people seeking careers advice in Enfield North to sign up.

Feryal Clark MP said:

“I have actively spoken with a number of local businesses and large employers in Enfield North to support them throughout the pandemic and beyond. I am grateful that several businesses, institutions, and national companies have agreed to take part in our first ever Careers Fair.”

“I am delighted to partner with Garry Kousoulou from Loving Social Media, a local business in Enfield North, to reach out to young people seeking careers advice and opportunities.”

“This virtual Careers Fair will create a platform where businesses and organisations at local, regional, and national levels can meet school leavers, students, and undergraduates from Enfield North to discuss career prospects and vacancies.”

“In our recovery from Covid-19, young people across Enfield North will need guidance and advice, to support their career journeys and personal development. This Careers Fair seeks to create and open up opportunities to young people.”
